Terms of Use

These rules cover how zanqivor.com may be used — browsing, accounts, reviews, links and everything else that is not the act of buying. The commercial side of buying skin care product from us sits in the Terms and Conditions.

1. How this document fits with the others

Using this website means you accept these Terms of Use. When you go on to place an order, the Terms and Conditions also apply, and the Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal information. If a provision in one document conflicts with another on the same point, the document that deals with it more specifically governs.

2. Accounts and information you give us

You may browse without registering. If you do open an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under it. Tell us promptly at service@zanqivor.com if you suspect someone else has accessed it. We may close or suspend an account used in breach of these rules, or left inactive for a long period.

Information you supply — delivery details, skin concerns shared when you ask for advice, review text — must be accurate and must not impersonate anyone else.

3. Acceptable use

The site is for lawful, personal and non-commercial shopping and research. You must not:

Copy, scrape, crawl, mirror or data-mine any part of the site, including product text, ingredient lists, imagery or pricing, without written permission.
Use automated means to place orders, create accounts, or stress the site's infrastructure.
Attempt to breach authentication, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malware, worms or harmful code.
Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Post a review you have not experienced, or one written in exchange for payment or a free product without disclosing it.
Frame the site, use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement, or register domains or social handles confusingly similar to zanqivor™.

4. What you may do with our content

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to view the site and to print or share a page for your own personal, non-commercial use. That permission does not extend to:

Republishing product descriptions, ingredient lists or guides on another site or in a commercial listing.
Using our photography in advertising, packaging or social media accounts that sell or promote other products.
Removing trade marks, altering text, or presenting our content as your own.

Press and partners who want to reuse material should ask us first — the answer is often yes, but we would like to be asked.

5. Content you post

Reviews, photos, questions and messages you send remain yours, but you license us to display, reproduce, translate and edit them for store, support and marketing purposes, and you confirm they are lawful and yours to share. We moderate: we may decline, edit or remove material that is off-topic, abusive, misleading, promotional, or that reveals someone else's personal information. We do not verify every review and we are not obliged to publish any.

6. Reporting infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, trade mark or other right, send a notice to service@zanqivor.com with:

Your name, organisation if any, and contact details.
Identification of the right you say is infringed, and proof of ownership or authority.
The exact URL of the material complained of, and a description of what is infringing.
A statement that the complaint is made in good faith and that the information in it is accurate.

We review notices promptly and remove or restrict material where a claim is well founded. We may also pass your notice to the person who posted the material.

7. Links in and out

Links from our site to third parties — carriers, payment providers, ingredient databases, social platforms — are offered for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Linking to zanqivor.com is welcome provided the link is honest, does not imply endorsement, and does not present our content inside a frame or as your own.

8. Availability, changes and suspension

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, hosting issues and events beyond our control can interrupt it. We may modify, move or withdraw any page, feature or product without notice, and we may restrict or suspend access where these rules are breached, where we suspect fraud or abuse, or where we are required to by law.

Content is provided for general information about skin care product. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified professional.

Accuracy

We work to keep descriptions, prices and stock status correct, but errors happen. Where one affects an order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no website is entirely free of risk.

Liability

Where the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content or from inability to access the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version here, with the date above revised to match. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to draw attention to it.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with competence over the operator's registered address, without affecting any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer where you live.
