Terms and Conditions

These are the terms on which zanqivor™ sells skin care product through zanqivor.com. Placing an order means you accept them, so we have written them in plain language and kept the structure short.

1. The agreement

This store is run by Beijing Ganyingshun Technology Co., Ltd., trading as zanqivor™. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity, and "you" refers to any visitor, customer or account holder.

By browsing the store or buying from it, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, both of which sit alongside them. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

2. Who may order

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your own jurisdiction — in most places that means at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, particularly the delivery address, and for keeping any account credentials confidential.

3. Product information

We sell skin care product and we work to describe it accurately.

• Descriptions and ingredients. Every product page lists the full ingredient set and, where relevant, actives percentages and pH. Check the list before buying if you have known sensitivities.
• Screens are not colour-accurate. The shade of a formula or its packaging on your device may differ from the physical product.
• Packaging may change. Vessels, pumps and cartons are updated from time to time for supply or sustainability reasons. The formula inside is unchanged; the presentation may differ from older photographs.
• Not medical advice. Nothing on this store diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition. If you have a persistent skin concern, see a qualified professional. Patch test before first use and stop using a product if it irritates.
• Availability. Items shown as sold out are not available. We may withdraw a product or limit quantities per customer where demand requires it.

4. Prices, currency and tax

Duties and import taxes	Where these apply, responsibility is set out in our Shipping Policy. We do not control charges set by customs authorities.
Promotions	Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be applied retroactively, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. When a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation email — not when the automated order acknowledgement arrives. Until that point, we may decline or cancel an order, and we will refund anything already charged. We may decline where an item is out of stock, where a price or description error is evident, where payment cannot be authorised, where fraud is suspected, or where a delivery address cannot be served.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the processors described in our Payment & Security page. You confirm that the payment method is yours or that you are authorised to use it, and that the details supplied are correct. We may run fraud and address verification checks, and we may hold an order while those checks complete. If a chargeback is raised, we may suspend future orders until it is resolved.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery options, processing times and customs handling are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Title passes on delivery, or on dispatch where local law provides otherwise. Estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, customs holds and events outside our control can extend them.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Consumer cancellation rights and our own return window are described in the Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where the two documents differ, the Return Policy governs any return or refund outcome.

9. Intellectual property

The name zanqivor™, its logo, product names, photography, page layout, and the text of ingredient descriptions and guides are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or use any of it commercially without written permission. Nothing here grants you a licence beyond the limited, revocable permission to view and use the store for personal shopping.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review, send us a photo, or otherwise submit content, you keep ownership of it but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and edit it for store and marketing purposes. You confirm the content is your own, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and is not unlawful, misleading or abusive. We may remove content that breaches these terms, and we are not obliged to publish anything.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use the store to: break any law; infringe our rights or anyone else's; submit false order or payment information; transmit malware, spam or unsolicited advertising; scrape, crawl or harvest data; interfere with the security or operation of the store; resell products through unauthorised channels; or misrepresent an affiliation with us. Breach may result in cancelled orders, blocked access and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authority.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

• Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected by anything in these terms.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store, except to the extent caused by our own fault.

13. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

We may revise these terms. The version in force when you order governs that order. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between us for any purchase.
